Return Policy Details
Our 30-day return policy applies to all non-firearm products including triggers, accessories, and parts. Returns must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Firearms are subject to special return procedures as required by federal law.
Firearm Returns
Firearms that have been transferred to you through an FFL dealer and are defective may be returned to us following manufacturer warranty procedures. We will facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf at no charge. Firearms that have been transferred cannot be returned without ATF authorization.
Defective Products
Any product found to be defective upon arrival will be replaced or refunded at our expense, including all shipping costs. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery to report defective items. We may request photos of the defect before processing the return.
How to Initiate a Return
