The Chiappa 1911-22 Standard is a full-size semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 LR and built to the dimensions and controls of the 1911 design. It has a 5-inch barrel, an 8.5-inch overall length and a 2.4-pound weight. Fixed three-dot sights, walnut grips and a blue and black finish make up the configuration, with a manual thumb safety, a grip safety and two 10-round magazines included.

For a California buyer the .22 LR chambering makes this a practice and range pistol, with the 1911 layout kept for training. New handguns must appear on the state's Roster of Certified Handguns, and a dealer releases the pistol only after the Dealer Record of Sale and a wait of ten 24-hour periods. Plan the timeline before you order, and bring your Firearm Safety Certificate for pickup.
