Whitehawk Firearms stands behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward while complying with all applicable firearms regulations.
Return Policy
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging materials, documentation, and accessories included. Opened ammunition and used firearm components are not eligible for return unless defective.
Firearm Returns
Due to federal regulations, firearms returns must be processed through a licensed FFL dealer. To initiate a firearm return, contact our support team for a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. A restocking fee may apply to non-defective firearm returns. All returned firearms must be unloaded, secured in a locked case, and shipped via an approved carrier with adult signature required.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the defect. Defective items are replaced at no additional cost including return shipping. We work directly with manufacturers on warranty claims when applicable, saving you the hassle of navigating manufacturer support processes on your own.
How to Initiate a Return
Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within one business day with a Return Authorization number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without a Return Authorization number as unauthorized returns may be refused.
